After the attack on Marc and Candace at the aquarium, the assassins killed themselves rather than talk.  Now Candace tells Marc about implants in her brain, mind control, and the CIA's plan to create perfect zombie-robot killers.
 
The red dragon tattoos found on the assassins lead Candace to believe the man behind the plot is Aleister Ravenna, the Red Dragon.  He may have opened a portal to another dimension in the late 1940s, allowing aliens to come through.
 
As Moon Knight prepares to go to the scene of a crime where symbols identical to those in Candace's notes were found, he is attacked by Marlene!
